The purpose of our Women's Ministry is to live Christ centered lives, love others with the love of God, reach other women for Christ, and develop strong relationships with one another.
"They shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither, and whatever they do shall prosper." Psalms 1:3
Wednesday Night Growth Group
Our Women's Bible study is one of the Growth Groups offered on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm. The topic of the study changes throughout the year. Sometimes we study a book of the Bible and at other times there will be studies going through books written especially for women. The group meets in Room 3 of the Worship Center.
Each year, we have our Ridgeview Women's Retreat. This year we are going to Evergreen Conference Center in Oakhurst. This is a time of spiritual renewal as we worship together and share our journey with one another. We also have the pleasure of learning from a special retreat speaker.
Central California District Women's Conference
Ladies from across Central California come together in Tulare for a special time of worship and learning each year in late October or early November. We have the privilege of hearing nationally known Christian women speakers and enjoy fellowship with other sisters in Christ. The Ridgeview women stay together at a Tulare hotel and share rides. The conference goes from Friday evening through Saturday afternoon.

Ladies Night Out
On the last Tuesday of each month, the ladies are invited to enjoy a time of fellowship as we share a meal together at a local restaurant. The restaurant changes from month to month. For the month of June, Ladies Night Out will meet on the 20th, 6:30pm at The Crystal Palace, in July on the 25th at Farmer Boys (Gosford), and in August on the 29th at La Cabana (White Ln).
Women's Breakfast Out
At various times throughout the year, on a Saturday morning, ladies join together for breakfast and fellowship. This a great opportunity to build a strong relationship with other ladies in our church.
Throughout the year, our ladies may have several opportunities to serve the Lord by serving others. Projects that have been done in the past include:
Samaritan's Purse Shoebox Project
This a project to collect shoe boxes full of goodies to send to needy children around the world for Christmas.
On Halloween, RCC holds its annual Harvest Festival. Women's Ministries runs a snack bar to provide refreshments for all our guests.
If you're interested in serving on the Women's Ministry team, please contact Lisa Arreola or the church office at (661) 809-4792. We are always looking for people with fresh ideas.
